With over 25 years of hands-on leadership experience in both family-owned and corporate business units, Ronald Schlegel combines a focus on People, Process and Technology to help businesses thrive. As principal owner of RGSCH71 Consulting, he brings insights from senior roles with Zodiac Aerospace, Wastequip, Molex, and Albion Engineering, where he championed initiatives to boost revenue, design innovative products, deploy strategic thinking, and streamline processes, driving meaningful gains in both financial performance, customer satisfaction and workplace culture.
Ronald’s experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodology (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) equips him to help small to medium-sized businesses achieve measurable improvements in productivity, team engagement, and profitability.
